Fantastic experience: I've been to a few group trainers and I really like Siefit the most. Sessions are great and guaranteed to get a good sweat from each day, including a few sore muscles and it is great. I especially like that it is all women, everyone in this establishment is great including the awesome trainer/owner Sierra. I recommend this place to any and everyone.

Fantastic experience: Sierra is an amazing trainer. She takes the time to carefully coordinate thorough workout plans every week. She spends time not only on helping me through the exercises, but educating me on the importance of nutrition and sends me encouraging communications throughout the week. She has done an amazing job helping me build up my self confidence. Really thankful for her and the other SIEFIT Studio staff members!

Fantastic experience: Siefit Studios is a great gym for women and children. I've been a member since they opened in 2020 and love the variety in classes offered, the training staff and the members. The owner, Sierra, has done a great job at implementing workouts geared towards strength, conditioning and boxing. Her youth programs are AMAZING and allow for busy moms to include there small children and teens, while building and empowering the community. You can't go wrong with a membership at SIEFIT.

Fantastic experience: Best gym hands down! The owner and staff are great very professional. Sierra is great at targeting your goals you want to reach, workout machines are cleaned before and after every workout. She also provides one on one training which is awesome, I would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Professional, diligent, skilled and life altering are just a few words I think about when I think of Siefit. I’m a no nonsense person and Sierra has proved herself to be the ultimate boss. My daughter, Brittney is a member of the Siefit family and she knew I really wanted a personal trainer during the summer but that I self quarantine during the pandemic so she scheduled a personal home session for me with Sierra. This young woman did not disappoint and every week she came to our home and gave me 1:1 fitness. I learned so many techniques from her including boxing and that was so new for me. After our sessions I told her that I would continue to work on me and I do everyday. Siefit has started to change so many women’s lives and it’s more than fitness because Sierra and her team of bad a$$€s take a holistic approach to women and girls to change lives. Siefit is a home away from home.
