CrossFit^® Honesdale

Fantastic experience: 6 weeks in and I've been so impressed by this gym and its programming! The coaches have put together workouts that are challenging to all skill levels, and the vibe is so supportive and friendly. The workouts vary in focus so you don't overwork one area (or skip movements you avoid on your own). Just so much fun - it reminds me of working out with sports teams back when I was in school!

Fantastic experience: This is a gym I visit when I am in town visiting. It is the most welcoming place. Great coaches and staff members. The owners are very helpful and kind. I recommend stopping in for a visit. I would be a member if I lived in town ????????????

Fantastic experience: I truly never thought I would enjoy CrossFit as much as I do! The coaches are amazing and they help you challenge yourself with movement and weight you were too nervous to try. Everyone there cheers you on and gives out high fives to help celebrate your achievements. I feel like I joined a community not a gym. Thank you Ashley and Ellie ♥️

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Honesdale is not only an amazing gym where folks can come to learn how to be stronger and healthier, it’s also a community of really lovely people who look out for one another and work to build each other up. The owners, Ash and Ellie, work hard to cultivate a culture of kindness and support and they and their assistant coaches make an awesome team. What a fantastic resource for our community! So glad I joined!!

Fantastic experience: Five years ago I made an awesome decision.... to give CrossFit Honesdale a try! I loved that my fitness level wasn't an issue as the coaches take us where we are and move us forward. And the coaches! WOW! They are the most motivational, uplifting, caring people! It is almost like being individually trained! The atmosphere is the gym in honestly very inviting! The group workouts build such strong bonds and even long-lasting friendships. I am healthier and stronger because of this gym.... physically, emotionally and mentally!!!! I encourage anyone looking for a fitness opportunity to check it out!
