Fantastic experience: I met the owner through an interesting set of circumstances. As a result my life has changed tremendously and even though things are rough rn, they'd be worse without this gym. It's got great energy and will work you, if you commit to it consistently. I'm not much for classes but they offer beginners stuff so you can adapt to the movements and accel in whichever time block works for your schedule. There's also open gym time so whatever works for you m8. Hope to see you around

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Seabright CF to anyone looking to check out Crossfit for the first time, or high level athletes. After years of putting off trying Crossfit a friend convinced me to give Seabright Crossfit a try. A year and a half later, I consider Seabright a 2nd home, and one of the most important parts of my daily routine. The owners and coaches at Seabright honestly care about their athletes, helping them develop ability safely and competently. Of the gyms I've gone to world wide, Seabright pays a lot of attention to properly warming up, mobility and strength before the standard WOD - helping people avoid injury. The programming is challenging and scalable for athletes of all experience levels. The community at Seabright Corssifit is really what keeps me engaged and motived. The people are awesome and its literally my favorite hour(s) of the day.
