Fantastic experience: Want a good workout? One that you will feel proud that you made it through? SHF (Strength and Honor Fitness) is the place for you! This is not a typical gym where you go to socialize - far from it! You come here to work. Classes are demanding and there is nowhere to hide. With that said, the camaraderie of members is great!
