Fantastic experience: One of the most important things Kevin has given me as I chase my fitness goals is a community. Kevin is not a trainer who spends an hour with you and says good luck. He checks on you through the week and encourages you to build a Workout family and group of people that you can support and will support you. My experience working with Kevin has been great.

Fantastic experience: Kevin met my husband when we first became members at lifetime. They started training together some and ultimately became great friends! Kevin is an amazing trainer and will push you to accomplish your goals!! His wife Katie is also amazing! She is so determined and has the best health and fitness tips and answers!! Def give k squared fitness a shot!! It’s worth it!!!
