Fantastic experience: My sister and her fiancé go to this place a few times a week!! We had her baby shower there too good ppl friendly environment an good equipment!! I recommend this to anyone living close wanting to loose weight an have fun! :)

Fantastic experience: Nice Box great equipment but the best part is the helpful trainers. This is a great place for people of all ages to become fit. Work outs are modified for the ability of the person. If you are an experienced athlete or just beginning this is a great place. At Cross fit Overton you can improve your quality of life.
