Yoga with Kathy

Fantastic experience: Kathy is amazing. The most kindhearted human you can find. We took our dance team up North for a weekend retreat. Kathy gave my kids a killer yoga class and meditation. She made lipgloss and bracelets with them. All activities were completely free. She had snacks available for them. We spent four amazing hours with her. Every moment full of laughter and fun. Kathy taught our girls a lot. Many techniques our kids brought home and still use. Our "Kathy Breaths" are used almost daily with our competition team. Kathy took us in to her sacred space and treated us all as if she has known us for years. We are grateful for the day we got to spend with her. I highly recommend doing yoga with Kathy, you won't regret it.
