Fantastic experience: This is a great family-owned gym, with a caring and welcoming atmosphere. The recent renovations have brought the equipment squarely up to date. There are many group classes included in the membership, and the trainers are excellent.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic local CrossFit gym! Great community, fabulous coaching. I tried it out having never done CrossFit (and I was a bit wary, tbh), and I was very pleasantly surprised! There is a very healthy atmosphere here—not super competitive, just about getting the workout you want and having a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Never had done CrossFit before coming to Accolade and I must say I’m impressed. Brad and Larry do a great job of connecting and tailoring workouts for different skill sets and connecting on a personal level. Equipment is brand new and the facility inspires grit. They’ve done a great job of making sure everything is properly sanitized and COVID safe. I’d highly recommend this place to any current CrossFit athletes looking for a gym or workout enthusiasts who want to try something new.
