Fantastic experience: I joined Vice in Early December and coaching is awesome!!! They are engaged and spend time with each athlete before during and after the wods!!! Very welcoming crew of folks and great equipment in the gym. Justin and Michelle the owners are also both great and very engaged in members and the community serve. In addition they have a nutritionist onsite Elizabeth which is a great added benefit. Great spot for sure!!!!

Fantastic experience: CF Vice is an amazing gym with encouraging members and coaches. From day one I was very impressed with how coach Chris and Shane works with us individually to help improve form and technique. I’ve never felt stronger or healthier than I do since becoming a member at Vice.

Fantastic experience: The best gym I have ever been a part of. I was only a member here for 5 months but I have never experienced such a great atmosphere at a gym before. The only reason I left was because I moved! Not only are Michelle and Justin (the owners) so accommodating and just the nicest people ever, the coaches, especially Chris, are so nice, attentive, caring and motivating. The other members are also so encouraging and friendly. I will miss this gym so much. Do yourself a favor and go here! You won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: Last August I was terrified when I was dragged to my first CrossFit class. It turned out to be one of the best things to happen to my health and body. Everyone at Vice treats me like family, no matter if they were the very first member or new to the community. I love the sense of community and the support everyone has for each other. I came in knowing close to nothing and now feel confident with different techniques and forms. I feel stronger and more confident. The coaches and owners show how passionate they are about strength, health, fitness, and community. They are extremely knowledgeable! I would highly recommend joining and seeing for yourself!
