Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Pyramid! The Muay Thai program is fun, educational, and (of course) a great workout! A great mix of skill levels from first day beginners to people who have trained a few years to professional and amateur fighters. They also have ju jitsu, fitness kickboxing, and crossfit. Definitely the best choice in Bartlett/East Memphis!
