Fantastic experience: Man where do I start. This place is amazing I have been on a weight loss journey since 2019. I started out at 525 lbs and go down to about 225lbs and have been stuck there for over 6 months I was eating the same thing every day and doing over 3 hours of cardio a day but could not loose any more weight. After only 6 weeks of instruction from Justin, Krystal, and Anthony using there workout routine and Nutrition program I am down to 204 lbs. that’s over 20 lbs (10 lbs of solid fat) and 5 inches in my waist in 6 weeks. Can’t wait to see what the rest of the year has in store!!

Fantastic experience: Having been at LivLimitless for a little over 3 months now, I can tell you this is not just another gym. This is family and a life style change. Everyone there is so friendly, encouraging, and supportive. Even though this is a group class, you get so much individual attention that you would think you have your own personal trainer. I highly recommend giving Justin Emmons (owner/trainer/coach) an opportunity to see if he can’t come up with a plan to meet your goals.
