Vineland Performance

Fantastic experience: I walked into Vineland Performance three years ago and am so glad I did! The programming can be modified for any skill level and the coaches and members have always been welcoming and supportive. I was not an athlete when I joined and am happy with the progress I have made in my fitness journey. I highly recommend stopping in to try a class! You will be glad you did!

Not a single class goes by where we don’t cheer one another or tell each other good job! It’s a great gym to attend to meet new friends and move your body! It adapts to all ages! Come join our fun.

Fantastic experience: A lot of people think CrossFit is for 20 and 30 year olds, but we have quite a few members over 50 and me over 60. The coaches adjust everything to my strength and ability. I have gained so much strength and confidence. It has improved my bone density as well. Everyone is encouraging. I highly recommend VP to people of all ages!

Fantastic experience: Although my time at Vineland Performance was short, it was great! So sad to leave this gym due to moving but it has great coaches that will push you to do better each class! Any questions you have are answered and the workouts are so fun to do with the friendly community of VP. Dan and Joey are amazing!

Fantastic experience: I joined VP in October 2021, best decision ever! Not being new to Crossfit I was welcomed by all members it’s a great community with awesome coaches and great workouts as always everything is modifiable to your level. Come be part of the VP family!
