CrossFit® X-Factor: Opinions
Fantastic experience: Recovery gym and the cross fit program is a must for anyone trying to make some changes to the physical side of your life. This gym will change your life if you let it
Fantastic experience: It's hard but the camaraderie around recovering end trying to recover your physicality is amazing. They work with you according to your level of fitness. They have never made me strain or do anything I couldn't or did not want to do. They are realistic and I am seeing results. I will continue to attend.
Fantastic experience: CrossFit X-factor has been a fantastic gym to be a part of for the past 2.5 months. I had never done crossfit before joining X-Factor so I took the 5 class fundamentals course. This was a really excellent 1 on 1 experience with a trainer who took me through all the basic movements and helped me lift and train in a safe and healthy way. After the fundamentals, I did about 3 classes a week in the mornings. These classes were coached by Eric. The classes averaged around 10 people or less, which was a great size for the gym. Everyone had plenty of room and there was more than enough equipment to go around. Eric is awesome and provides 1 on 1 coaching for everyone in the class. The other people in the class were incredibly nice and supportive. It was a great environment to be in and I enjoyed getting to know everyone. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym for beginners through experienced athletes! ps. there is free street parking around the gym and I never had any problems finding a spot.
Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! 5- Stars! I own a CrossFit gym in San Diego and visited because they hosted the CrossFit Specialty Course: Adaptive Training --> which shows their dedication to ongoing education :) X-Factor is the perfect place for any adaptive/injured athlete to train. If you need some extra care and want to start, or continue, your training...this is the place for you! Facility: - It's huge! Tons of space for all kinds of activities - Free, private parking right in front of the gym - Every piece of equipment you could ever want to use (even some that I've never seen before!) Staff: - Highly educated (every degree and certification possible) and very knowledgeable - They make you feel welcome every time you walk in the door - They provide a safe and effective training environment for any level of athlete (beginner to competitor) --> I'd be a member if I lived anywhere near Portland!
Fantastic experience: Attended the gym for my Crossfit Level 2 Trainer Course. The staff are amazing, easy access off the highway, great places close by to go eat aftwards, and an awesome space to workout.
