Fantastic experience: I joined CrossFit Rockland a little under 2 yrs ago and couldn’t be happier with that decision. The coaching staff is phenomenal. The cues & tips they give me have helped me improve my lifts and allow me to move more efficiently during workouts. The community atmosphere is very welcoming and is what keeps me coming back for more.

All of the coaches take the time to carefully review each movement and ensure that it is being done correctly, without the risk of injury.
