Fantastic experience: This gym is wonderful! The best around! I recently moved here and tried a few others and couldn't find one that compared to my one back home. Humboldt CrossFit has exceeded my expectations in that matter and I thoroughly enjoy everything about it. The other members are always happy and welcoming the instructors are excellent at communicating how to do the moves correctly and safely and have great attitudes and personalities. The workout routines are diverse and great for whatever your fitness goals may be. The facility is well equipped and spacious. YAY HUMBOLDT CROSSFIT:)... Oh I must add the class schedules are very accommodating imo!

Fantastic experience: Kristen is an amazing coach. Everytime we visit we are openly welcomed. They have good programming. The coaches take time to coach you and are never on their phones. They help with form and mechanics and try to give each athlete attention. They can modify based on your individual needs also.

Fantastic experience: Kris and Valerie made me feel like part of their family while visiting Humboldt Bay CrossFit. The team here is professional, well versed, and know how to make their workouts scalable for all skill levels. I was recovering from a serious knee injury, and there was no pressure, and they ensured I had alternative options throughout a full week of WODs. If you are looking for a way to improve your fitness with a friendly and professional staff, this team is your best bet!

Fantastic experience: Stopped by for a drop in while traveling and was impressed with everything from the facilities, equipment and most of all the high degree of knowledge from Coach Kris. Great mobility work and gave some good assistance to make small tweaks to my form. One of the top gyms I have seen in my travels.

Fantastic experience: Humboldt CrossFit is where you go to get really, really fit. It's the type of place where everyone knows your name and is happy to see you succeed and reach your most outrageous of fitness goals. The coaching and programming is professional and well thought out and the proof is plain to see. HCF members are unquestionably the fittest people in all of Humboldt County. The classes are designed for ALL fitness levels. The age range is 16-78. They offer classes in the early morning, late morning and evening. The gym has classes 7 days a week, lots and lots of parking and a clean gym space.
