Fantastic experience: Best place ever! The community here was so welcoming, all the coaches know your name and are so helpful and knowledgeable. It is so refreshing to see all shapes, sizes and abilities in one class, it makes me feel so motivated and supported. Don’t feel intimidated, it is such an amazing place and I haven’t stuck to working out for this long in years!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I found this gym a couple of weeks after moving to Houston and we loved it since our first visit. The programming and coaching is great. The facility is in a great location with private parking lot that's great for running workouts. They also have plenty of equipment/barbells and weights. Everyone is super friendly and we look forward to working out every day.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of CFE since 2016 and it my 2nd home. It's a great community of like-minded healthy people, working hard and having fun. If you like being challenged and achieving your fitness goals, this is probably the place for you! :)

Everyone here is working hard to create excellent ambience for participants. Classes are on time , consistent and full of cheerfulness.
