Fantastic experience: I love working out at this place. It is big enough to where you don’t have to worry about fighting for machines, yet still small enough to where you’re not intimidated or overwhelmed by the other folks working out. Trainer David is patient, explains things very well; Encouraging and motivating. Everyone on staff Is incredibly friendly and uplifting. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I love working out here! The trainers are very helpful and experienced. They have a lot of equipment to choose from and it’s never overly crowded. It’s nice and clean and sanitized.

Fantastic experience: I love going to U-Fit ! I go every day during lunch. It’s great and close to my work. Trainers know what they are doing and have great tips. So far since Feb. I’ve reached my goals physically and mentally. I continue to go because I like the atmosphere and feel welcome. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym.
