Fantastic experience: I dropped in and this is an awesome gym. The owners Cole and Austin are extremely knowledgeable and are excellent coaches. Our workout was great and just what I needed while being away from my home gym. If you are looking for a new box check this place out!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! The Coaches really care, and give guided advice on each movement. Gym is clean and every class is a lot of fun! It's a great new addition to Shreveport and to the CrossFit scene, definitely swing by and check them out!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with knowledgeable coaches and an encouraging community. I go for the CrossFit classes, but they also offer one-on-one sessions if that’s more your style. However, I highly recommend the classes! They are always fun and the coaches will help you get the best workout for whatever level you’re at. There’s plenty of class times to choose from, as well as open gym times for those of us who may have crazy schedules. Equipment is mostly brand new and it’s maintained properly, and everything is cleaned between classes. You can tell the guys who run this box are passionate about what they do. They’re turning that space into something really special, definitely check it out if you’re in the area!

The Coaches are professional, Community is welcoming, atmosphere will encourage you to do your best, and workouts will push your fitness… it has it all!
