Fantastic experience: I started my fitness routine two months ago, and it was long overdue. After struggling with arthritis and my weight, I had to take action. When I met Kedgy and saw the pool, I knew it was the perfect place for me. I work out in the pool every day and already feel much better than before I began. Kedgy and Brianna are so supportive, and Fitness Lady provides a welcoming environment for women to work on their physical and mental health. The other members are also very encouraging and friendly. I'm so glad I found Fitness Lady; the rewards of weight loss, joy, and no more chronic pain are worth it.

Fantastic experience: ! Kedgey and Briana, the proprietors of this amazing women's gym, are incredibly supportive and caring towards their customers. I have been a member for a month now, attending two to three times a week, and I'm loving it. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and comfortable, making it a great place to work out. It is not a large, corporate-style gym, but there is a pool, jacuzzi, and all the usual exercise machines and cardio classes. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: The ladies in the water aerobics class were incredibly supportive of one another and did not pass judgement. The facility was spotless and Ms. Kedgy was a great instructor. Everyone was really energized during the class and it was motivating to hear positive feedback on my progress. Woooooo!
