CrossFit^® Conation

Fantastic experience: Conation is a great facility with an even better community. The coaches are amazing and they take their time to make sure your form is near perfect. Surrounded by other athletes that push you to be a better, fitter version of yourself. Coming here is my favorite part of my day.

Great programming, talented coaches, spectacular, love the people and perhaps the best things is the gym is large with great equipment and super clean facility. Perfect place to join if you want to grow, improve, get strong and improve your overall fitness.

Fantastic experience: Conation Crossfit is a great place to workout and build community. Greg and Katie do a great job coaching as well as training on the fundamentals. There are many movements that I've struggled with and they take the time to make sure I'm excuting them correctly. The gym is one of the nicest i've been to and you can see there is pride and thought that went into the set-up. I'm glad my husband and I have found this gym.

Fantastic experience: Conation is the "hidden gem" CrossFit in Hauppauge. It's by far the most beautiful CrossFit I've ever been in. The coaching is superior to any other box on the Island and the coaches certifications speak for themselves. They curate their own well-rounded programming that's perfect for any experience level. The intro classes are super detailed and get any newbie really comfortable with the movements before moving into class. The best workout I've ever gotten from a Crossfit. I'd give 10 stars if I could! Love the Cona Crew!
