Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best personal trainers around. Amy runs her business extremely professionally while being able to keep you motivated. I've been working with Amy and Danny for just over a month and have had amazing results. They have been able to work with me and my extremely picky diet as well as assisted me with previous injuries. As a veteran they have treated me with respect and helped me overcome issues I have dealt with for years. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking to get into better shape and feel better about themselves. I plan on continuing my work and absorbing the extensive amount of knowledge that is given to me daily. This gym is most definitely a must for all ages and personalities who want to improve their life in the best possible ways.

Fantastic experience: First day doing crossfit ever. It was alot of fun, everyone was nice and cheered each other to push themselves. Amy was instructing, she was very thorough going over everything and helped me ALOT with form. Highly recommend!
