CrossFit^® Encircle

CrossFit Encircle stands as the first and only CrossFit box on the peninsula of the Central Coast (NSW, Australia), located in Woy Woy. Our mission is to help you become the best version of yourself by enhancing your overall physical and mental well-being. We focus on functional movements that improve mobility, strength, and cardiovascular health, welcoming athletes of all fitness levels and ages, ranging from 5 to 64 years old. We pride ourselves on fostering a judgment-free environment where ego is left at the door; indeed, we do not have mirrors lining our walls, believing that true improvement comes from community support and self-awareness.

As a registered CrossFit Kids & Teens Affiliate, we provide specialized classes tailored for younger athletes, ensuring their development is safe, fun, and age-appropriate. Our coaching team is led by a Head Coach and Founder who is a Level 2 CrossFit Coach, as well as a registered Nutritionist and Naturopath. This dual expertise allows us to offer comprehensive guidance, helping you balance your nutrition with your training to achieve your specific goals, whether that means moving functionally for an hour a day or preparing for competitive CrossFit events.

At Encircle, we believe that "Your Vibe Attracts Your Tribe." We are a tight-knit community that values connection as much as fitness. Beyond our regular class schedule, we host free Saturday morning mobility sessions where members can bring children or family members to enjoy movement together. This holistic approach ensures that our members receive the best possible service aimed at improving their quality of life, supported by like-minded individuals who share the journey.
