Fantastic experience: I have been a member for years and the gym is always clean and well kept. The owners and staff are awesome and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness and nutrition. The equipment is well kept and they have everything you need for a great workout, they also have lots of classes if you need more motivation in a group setting.
