Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a gym/box that will work with to you to achieve your fitness/health goals you found it!!! So happy I joined here over a year ago. I may moan and groan when I'm there but I truly look forward to going and when I can't make a workout I miss it!!! This box and coaches have become family!!!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a welcoming group of people that will help you achieve any of your fitness goals this is the place to go. I started with zero experience/knowledge of CrossFit and now I am hooked. In the short while I have become a member I have learned so much. The owners are great. They strive to make sure you know/understand proper form and technique while pushing you to your full potential. Wish I joined sooner!!

Fantastic experience: I seriously recommend! Awsome trainer, she works with you and doesn't push to hard. But you will get a work out! Just don't quit, push through and stick to it!
