There are a lot of gyms out there. Very few have a tight-knit community as we do.Our coaches are engaging and knowledgeable, helping you know what to do and keeping you on track. We’ll celebrate every time you reach the next level!We are striving to help every person find a higher quality of life through greater health.
Be patient. Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they absolutely will come. The exciting thing is that as a beginner, results come fairly quickly. Even in 30 days, you can really see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Yes. We like to organize our classes in small groups. Small group settings allow you to make new friends that might share the same interest(s) as you!
2-4 classes a week is realistic for beginners, depending on your level of fitness when you start. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so at the beginning, you might need more recovery time between training days. Over the first few months, start working your way up to training 5 days a week.
No. our fitness program is what will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you.. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
Our class programming will include a strength portion in which you’ll work on something like Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, or bodyweight strength or you may work on a skill like handstand push-ups. After the strength or skill portion of the class is complete, most days will involve a workout that was programmed for that specific day. Workouts can be anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes or more.
Do enjoy special indulgences and meals. It’s a lifestyle, but it has to be manageable and realistic for the long-term. Luckily, the healthier you eat, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.

Fantastic experience: Facility is clean and has plenty of equipment. Coaches are great and really focused on good form so you don’t get hurt. The community is welcoming and friendly as well. This is a great box and I highly recommend coming in and giving it a try.

There is something for everyone and at all levels of your fitness journey from beginners to advanced athletes. A box that truly cares for their members and wants to see them reach their full potential!

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tolland CrossFit. The coaches are incredibly experienced and dedicated to helping athletes improve. DJ and Trey’s expertise helped me learn countless new skills and develop many old ones. Saturday morning gymnastics classes were my favorite hour of the week- meeting new friends, trying new things, and getting in a great workout! Would highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: I dropped into a Saturday class with DJ and his members. I had a great visit. I had heard great things before visiting and now I know why! The coaching and whole delivery of technique and tips were clear, concise, helpful, and fun. The workout was a good burner. Afterwards and during open gym, I was struck by the great sense of community and family spirit. I have dropped into many CrossFit gyms (boxes) both in the US and abroad and Tolland CrossFit is top notch! DJ and team have built a great community here!
