They work with each athlete to make sure you reach your personal goals. So many people ask me about getting hurt doing CF, that only happens with poor coaching. I am working to remain healthy and functionally strong as I age, gracefully!! Don’t be afraid to try! We are warm and welcoming!

Fantastic experience: When you walk through the door at CrossFit Pneuma, you are coming home to see your family. I am not a person who enjoys working out, yet I look forward to coming. This is a warm friendly community. The facility is clean, and the coaches are careful and well trained. We spend time learning and practicing the movements. This is a good place. You will be welcomed.
