Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about Central Penn Health. It's always a welcoming environment, it's clean, and the trainers there WANT to work with you. My trainer Kelly constantly goes over and beyond during our sessions. She’s experienced, knowledgeable and pushes you. I highly would recommend this gym.
