Fantastic experience: Loved MGCF! My gf and I dropped in from Massachusetts. Great coach. Great WOD (if you like thrusters) and super supportive atmosphere. Hot, no frills box with hard workers and loud music. Loved loved loved it!

Fantastic experience: If I can give a 100 I would!! I started CrossFit 4 months ago and could not find a better place than MGCF to begin my journey. Super grateful for all the coaches and support I have been receiving on daily basis!! Definitely come out and check it out!

Fantastic experience: This is my home away from home. When I first started coming here, just lifting the bar was hard, had to use the training bar. But over the course of just two years I have a clean PR of 130lbs and snatch PR of 100lbs. The coaches here are focused on helping you get stronger AND use correct technique. The community is encouraging and always pushes me to keep getting better. I have made life long friends and set PR after PR.
