Fantastic experience: I moved to Dallas 2 years ago, and nothing has really felt like home until I stepped into MVEMENT. The amenities are great, and the workouts are heart racers, but it's the community that makes it feel like home.

Fantastic experience: This gym is EVERYTHING!!! The facilities, the owners and the coaches are truly amazing. There is a feeling of community and love for everyone there!! They don’t just want your money. They want you as a person! If you’re nervous, just try it! One membership offers access to SO MUCH. I can honestly say I’ve never gotten so much value for the price at a gym. Did I mention I’ve also lost 15lbs since joining? Sign up!!! I can’t recommend this place enough!!!!!

Fantastic experience: WHERE DO I EVEN START?! I LOVE THIS GYM. I am brand new to Dallas and I had heard good things about Mvement! So, I got a week trial and tried out the wide variety of classes they offer (boxing, yoga, CrossFit, HIIT, etc). I was hooked basically day one! Not only were the classes a great work out and a ton of fun, I made friends instantly and the facility itself was so clean and beautiful! I would recommend this gym to anyone, whether you are a yogi, boxer or CrossFit champion, they have something for everyone. Not only will you get a killer work out, you will meet an amazing community of people. Huge shout out to V, James and Gavin for creating such a wonderful business and welcoming me into the community. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING TRYING THIS GYM, DO IT NOW!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Really like this gym! Open gym all day really helps with busy schedules. Staff and coaches are really friendly! Yoga, boxing, kids room, and HIIT classes. And very clean!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at MVEMENT take pride in the cleanliness of this gym. You will not find a cleaner fitness facility in Texas. The staff is constantly cleaning and ensuring safety guidelines are met during these weird times. There is plenty of space to move around and you can always count on the perfect lighting and music to keep ya motivated! The functional fitness programming is exceptional as are the coaches. Madison is a gem and incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and the body. If you haven’t taken a yoga class, you should! If you haven’t tried boxing, you should! Hot Hiit classes are always a blast! There is something for everyone at MVEMENT! There hasn’t been a class where we haven’t laughed our way through it while cheering each other on. Well...except yoga, those classes take you to magical place of relaxation. You’re treated as if you’ve been a friend for years by the staff as well as other members regardless of your fitness level. This place and these people are home! Come work out with us!

Fantastic experience: Great gym for anyone willing to take the next step to living a healthier lifestyle. The community aspect to fitness is something that lacks in most gyms but not at Mvement, you’re always welcomed with smiles and laughs. The coaching staff takes what they do serious but not themselves too serious. You know you’ll always get a great workout and have great friends to follow up with. This is coming from a new comer to Dallas and it took no time at all to feel like Mvement was my home town gym.

The owners and staff truly go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and ensure you are getting a superior workout experience. The coaches make you feel extremely welcome and offer the extra hands on assist to ensure you are performing the workout correct. This goes for all classes from boxing, yoga, functional fitness. Fantastic experience: The experience at Mvement is excellent and unlike that at any gym I’ve belonged. The cleanliness is impeccable. The staff, coaches and others, are all wonderful. I even had a couple coaches reach out to check on me after I tweaked an old injury. The variety of classes are exceptional and include all levels of high intensity interval training, CrossFit modeled classes, boxing and yoga. Besides fitness, I seek community from any gym, and Mvement delivers. I’ve made a number of friends and now spend the vast majority of my social time with members. Finally, a couple unexpected and welcome additions include first class locker rooms and showers, as well as ice baths for recovery. With a sauna on the way! Mvement is relatively underpriced, given the amenities, and yet they still reduce the following month fee by 25% if I attend 25 classes a month. I’d say that Mvement is everything I expected, but I didn’t expect so much. The gym exceeds every expectation I had. I couldn’t recommend Mvement enough.

They have a variety of classes to suit every fitness level and the staff are extremely welcoming which trickles down to the community that they are building. If you’re in the area definitely stop in to try out a week for free but you’ll probably sign up before it’s over! Ask about the 25% discount on membership once you join!!

Fantastic experience: I am an avid fitness person & really love CrossFit. I just moved to Dallas 2 years ago & have been trying to find a good gym ever since. I have tried 6 gyms looking for a good community & great programming and was unsuccessful until I found Mvement. Mvement has such an amazing vibe & great community. The place is bougie but the people are down to earth. They have great classes and great programming. They have boxing yoga & CrossFit & the coaches are extremely knowledgeable & encouraging. On top of it all the price is less then any of the other gyms I tried before. I highly recommend coming & trying a free week. You will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: Mvement is by far the best gym in Dallas! The facility is always kept super clean, the owners and the amazing front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and the coaches are some of the best in the industry. You have access to a range of class/training options and there is really something for everyone. And if you need childcare while you workout, their Mini Mvement area is so much fun, safe and clean for the kids. Our daughter loves it and asks to go even on days when we are not going to the gym! If you are looking for a gym, definitely try out Mvement!

Fantastic experience: Awesome facility!! Aesthetically pleasing; insanely clean (these guys literally wipe everything down after you touch it). Bathrooms are stocked with hair ties, clean towels, make up removers and anything you can think of. PURE Movement workouts are killer; all of the trainers work with you and offer advice/modifications if you don’t understand or not your level of performance. They offer different yoga classes, boxing and HIIT workouts. Love this place!

Fantastic experience: Most incredible staff. Concierge like service. Not comparable to any fitness place I’ve ever been to. Coaches are top notch, knowledgeable and unmatched anywhere in the city. The community makes this place magical. Everyone is welcoming, loving, helpful, caring and push each other to be their best version of yourself. So much variety in classes, workouts and recovery options for your body! It’s a must see, try and join gym!

Fantastic experience: I don’t think this platform will allow me enough room to list all of the amazing, people, things, ideas, equipment, and heart that this facility has. This isn’t a “gym”. It’s like that annoying book from the 90’s “chicken soup” or something for you soup, but this place isn’t annoying. It’s uplifting and encouraging. I have been a fitness enthusiast my whole life but had recently burned out over the years. MVEMENT helped me get back on the wagon for life! Love this place and these peeps!

Fantastic experience: Looking for a boujee gym but hate the boujee attitude and price tag? Then look no further!! As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a smiling face that knows you by name, a clean as eff space, and lights that would make the club feel jealous. Not only are all of the employees amazing, the members are as well. Not your typical “c-word we don’t speak of” gym where you get sized up as soon as you walk in. (Lololol but y’all know what I’m talking about.) This place really cares about your health and wellness, not just collecting your membership fees. The different classes they offer are amazing, never in my life would I think I would enjoy boxing and yoga but here we are! All of the coaches and instructors are so incredibly knowledgeable, and it is so nice to be able to try something new (ahem, hot hiit whut?!) and feel SAFE while you’re doing it. As soon as you walk through those doors, you know you’re in great hands. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I just wish I was under the age limit so I could go play in the epic kids room as well.

Fantastic experience: I started going here 2 weeks ago and love it. The facilities are awesome, programming is on point, and there is plenty of variety in a one stop shop. Love being able to yoga right after a WOD. PThe people are great, they know your name on day 2; the community is supportive and genuinely make my day better each time I show up. Highly recommend.
