Dog House CrossFit^®

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I've belonged to in a long time. It has your typical CrossFit and boot camp style classes. However, it has really great coaches that cater to all athletic levels. I even had a shoulder injury and the coaches developed some separate workouts so I could still participate while I was rehabbing. Also, the gym is really big so you never feel too cramped.

Fantastic experience: Dog House has been life changing. In addition to its workout programs, it also offers additional help to its members such as nutrition courses and clinics for specific movements to help you improve. I’ve never felt as strong and generally healthy as I do now. Coaches are amazing and always very helpful. The friends you make along the way are an added bonus.

Fantastic experience: My son has participated in the kids class at Dog House and the experience has been amazing. The facility is great - super clean and spacious. The coaches are wonderful- they are extremely energetic and supportive of all of the kids. Each class they are lifting these kids up and celebrating them along with challenges to push them farther. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love doghouse! The coaches are fantastic and well versed. Their knowledge from workouts to nutrition is better than anyplace I’ve been. The people who workout there are fantastic,! If you think CrossFit and assume you can’t do it you are wrong, any person any level can do this because the coaches make sure you know what you’re doing and give modifications where needed. If you’re looking for a gym home you won’t find better anywhere.

Fantastic experience: Love this place especially the coaches! ???? They are always willing to scale down the workouts to your abilities. And if classes are not your thing, the personal training is amazing. The trainer will tailor the workouts just for you. I have been doing personal training for about 6 months and definitely can see improvement from all the years of not stretching and running ????
