Fantastic experience: The sound view strength and conditioning gym has completely changed my life in such a positive way. I’ve learned to eat to ensure I’m able to complete workouts and with positive results. The coaches have been nothing but encouraging who have helped me achieve results. Every time I go into the gym I feel like I’m learning something new. Never been bored as the routes change daily. I’ve never thought I would be able to do gymnastics or lift the amount that I do. It’s great to see all levels, shapes, and sizes at the gym. I encourage anyone who wants a great overall gym experience with a sense of community. Then this is it. And have fun.

Fantastic experience: Soundview Strength & Conditioning is a wonderful community -- more than just a gym, you are welcomed by extremely friendly and supportive coaches as well as members. This is an environment where anyone can thrive regardless of their fitness level or history -- scaling and modifications are built into every workout and the coaches will help tailor things to your specfic ability -- while all the other members will cheer you on and encourage you. I couldn't recommend it more!

Fantastic experience: I love the coaches here at soundview, they made me feel welcome and not feel “weird” about not being as “in shape” as some of the others. The classes are great and the fact that they are pretty much everyday,many classes a day fits my schedule

Fantastic experience: Soundview Strength and Conditioning is more than a CrossFit gym to me. It is the place that has helped develop my confidence inside and outside the gym. The members and coaches are encouraging and empathetic. The staff is knowledgeable and care about helping members have fun, stay safe and achieve our goals. The last 4 years here have been amazing and I am excited to see what the future holds at SoundView Strength and Conditioning.

Fantastic experience: Soundview is a great gym, my Fiancé and I have been members for a little while now and it has been so much better then we expected. It doesn’t feel like a typical gym, the atmosphere is very inviting and all of the coaches know what they are doing and exactly how to motivate and encourage all of us. We love taking the classes that they offer and you can also use the gym on your own time which is great. It has a community/family vibe and that’s what’s so welcoming about Soundview.
