Positive experience: Plethora of workout equipment, quality is lacking in some, yet the shear amount of attachments and machines makes up for it. Locker room could be cleaner.

Positive experience: I do like it. Only downfall. Too many machines, weights, and benches in the 2 side rooms. People need more space to do their workouts on Mats etc. Some patrons don't follow Gym etiquette, but that's not Berkshires fault.

Positive experience: I play golf here on occasion. I like the layout of the course. It's different than the other courses in Topeka. I just wish Great life would take better care of their courses. Ground is hard and there's a lot of bare spots in fairways and on greens. Find myself moving the ball just to hit off grass.
