They are warm and welcoming, and I cannot imagine being happier at any other gym here in Topeka. Great coaches, great workouts, great environment, and great price point.

Fantastic experience: Great community and excellent coaching. Workouts are tough, but can be scaled to your ability. If you have never lifted a weight in your life or if you think you are already a beast, SSC will meet you where you are. Prepare to be challenged!
