Positive experience: Really nice new facility! If you're looking to lift weights or get some cardio in a really cool atmosphere with awesome staff, this place is for you! Facility is currently limited without a court, pool, or track; and don't get your hopes up to use the fieldhouse attached to the facility, but works great for other standard gym exercise! In that capacity, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Love it! Staff is amazing! State of the art computerized weight machines tailored to each individual is especially ideal for older adults. It's a progressive strength training program. Some weeks it's a bit like playing Parkman as your motion follows the curve.

Fantastic experience: A boutique style atmosphere, catered to adults. Millennials, or technophiles of any age will enjoy the space. EGym is a great option for those not comfortable working with free weights. If you have school age children, location will not be a good fit. The Y has many locations with a family focus. The location is a fit for athletes or aspiring athletes, sharing a space with an elite athlete facility. The facility is about a month old and has room to expand depending on enrollment and community engagement. This Y location is ac committed to the Y mission and pledges to be an active part of the community.
