Fantastic experience: What an awesome health and fitness program Wellfit Malibu is!!! I was terrified to come to such an intense program, but by doctors orders I had to make a change. I am happy to report that all my fears were laid to rest as soon as I was greeted at the front desk! The education and lectures are very relevant and informative! The fitness classes? Amazing, professional, fun and super effective! The hotel and program culture? Fancy surroundings, yet comfortable and casual. The food? Totally gormet, AND specifically designed to help you lose weight and be the best you can be! However, the real shining star of this program is the staff at Wellfit. Each member is superior an accomplished in their field of expertise. From your first contact with the Reservation Administrator, front desk personnel and dining room servers all the way to the head Hiking Guide and Program Director, each staff member is a beautiful combination of compassion and inner strength that encourages you do more and be more than you ever thought possible. Its a dream team of whole body health and fitness. This has been the most amazing experience of my life! I learned so much about health, nutrition and most of all, what I am capable of on every level.
