The Gym: Deer Park Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: I hate exercise, not terribly quiet about it either, but I rarely skip a day at The Gym! I've found a good little, supportive gym community as I lost weight and work to get stronger. I go 5 days a week and won't skip, unless necessary because of the people...and dog! Shannon is worth her weight in gold, rarely see her sitting down, since she's often training or doing classes. She's a Gym favorite, as is Tucker, the Gym dog. When Tucker is there, he's anxiously sitting at the door waiting to greet everyone with a huge grin (most definitely not growly snarls!) and wags! He can make any grumpy morning instantly better and is missed on his days off. The athletic trainers, Sean and Brad, also do classes, training and have helped me with soreness, cupping and wrapping sprains before classes, which has been great! The Gym has been a great place for me.
