Fantastic experience: Love their classes and system. I wish they can take care of babies 3 hours in a row though.

Positive experience: A beautiful facility! Staff is friendly. However, if you’re looking to get an intense workout, look elsewhere. There’s a bunch of high school kids screwing around and hogging the machines, a ton of elderly individuals who look frightened and uncomfortable, and it’s always crowded. I had to cancel my membership! Back to Gold’s I go! But its great if you’re old, a teenager, or if you have kids! A great family place…but not an ideal vibe/atmosphere for serious weightlifting!
