FIT4MOM Cedar Hill

Fantastic experience: I LOVE FIT4MOM Cedar Hill! So happy I was invited. It has been the greatest motivation and a wonderful kickoff to a healthier me. I love that we get to bring our babies and sing and tickle them, all while getting a really good workout in. What a great idea! As mamas, we have to get creative at times and this is such an amazing way to get/stay fit and still engage our little ones. The community aspect is awesome too. I love that there are play dates and mom nights out. I also feel I have a great resource for advice. You really can't go wrong with Fit4Mom Cedar Hill. Love Love Love >3

Fantastic experience: I started off visiting Fit4Mom fitness classes and moms night out AND play dates BUT now Fit4Mom is more like FAMILY! love to fellowship with the mommas who come to fit4mom and the instructors who genuinely connect with everyone. It’s so refreshing and pleasant and non competitive! Working out together is a treat and it’s a plus that I can workout WITH my baby in tote and not put off exercise because I don’t have childcare. Ya know how that goes. Lol I really enjoy monthly moms night out! And the play dates are so fun and cute for the kids to engage. I can’t say enough good things. #allthemoms! #strengthformotherhood
