Our FitSteps for Life program creates individualized and structured exercise treatment plans specifically for cancer patients.

We provide cancer patients with the tools they need to move forward with their lives after cancer. By helping them build strength and a sense of empowerment, we give them hope, peace, and a new sense of purpose and value in life as they fight cancer.

We need your help to educate patients about the importance of exercise in cancer treatment. Exercise has been shown to improve the effectiveness of treatments, the immune system, and to help mitigate chemotherapy side effects. In some cases, exercise has even been shown to improve survival rates by up to 50%.

You can become a leader in oncology care by offering comprehensive and patient-centered treatment plans that include exercise prescriptions. Helping patients achieve their desired outcomes from your prescribed treatment gives them a sense of ownership in their battle against cancer.

Cancer Foundation for Life is always looking for volunteers who are passionate about cancer and exercise to help support patients through their cancer journey. There are many ways to donate your time, care, and passion to help patients reach their health and fitness goals.

The FitSteps for Life® program is the pioneer and leader in cancer exercise treatment, prescribing individualized and structured exercise treatment plans specifically for cancer patients. The program is provided free for the lifetime of the patient.

Exercise has been shown to have a plethora of benefits for cancer patients, and FitSteps for Life helps provide these benefits while also restoring hope and purpose.

FitSteps for Life was a great way to stay active after my diagnosis with Stage III breast cancer. The team is very knowledgeable about what cancer patients go through and provides appropriate exercises,
