Tweak

Fantastic experience: Tweak helped me loss weight, moderate my eating habits and develop a cross fit exercise program that has helped me achieve success. I though I was doing all the right things before but never saw this type of progress. Highly recommend this program.

Fantastic experience: Excellent instruction! You get private instruction from top level coaches. They use video and mirrors so that you can see exactly what mechanics need to be adjusted. It's a great format because you swim, then look at what you look like, then the coach makes suggestions and you swim again, employing the suggested strategy. Rinse and repeat. I observed my fiance's session and was able to improve my technique too, even though I didn't take that particular session. I purchased the sessions as a Christmas gift for my fiance. I should have only purchased one at a time though, because the sessions expire. I knew they expired and that I could use my fiance's sessions, but life got busy and two went unused. So, if you are unsure about using the sessions, don't buy in advance. But definitely check them out as you WILL improve your swim technique and times if you come here!

Fantastic experience: Great instructors! They've guided me to a tear down and rebuild of my strokes and I'm seeing I can swim as fast as I used to with less effort! I'm currently working with them to build up speed from there.
