The Plunge San Diego

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love the Plunge! We bought a family membership and we are here weekly. The facilities (locker room, bathroom, pool deck) are always so clean and well stocked. The front desk is always staffed and the staff is so nice and knowledgeable. The water is heated and the inflatable obstacle course is very well maintained and the kids FAVORITE!!! Will definitely be renewing our pass and highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I swim laps weekly at the Plunge and it is such a magical experience. The roof is fully retractable so that it feels like you're swimming outside, but with the heated pool = pure bliss. The staff is wonderful and there are plenty of lanes open in the afternoon time. Highly encouraged!

Fantastic experience: Best public pool in San Diego, super fun, staff was extremely nice and helpful!! It was my first time coming here and they made my experience so much more memorable! Lifeguards are always watching and they even provide life jacks so I felt super comfortable having my kids in the water.

Fantastic experience: Easy to book online, great customer service. Recommend getting there earlier before all the minis show up. Even though it's shallow it's still fun. On the other hand if you have small children this is a great place to bring then

Fantastic experience: The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I lead a special course for helping men overcome some of their mental blocks through a series of aquatic activities challenging their mental toughness. After reading through my plans and goals, the plunge pool staff accommodated willingly and gave a tremendous amount of support. The time in the pool was incredible for the growth of my clients. Additionally, I was pleased with the condition of the pool. The salt water was so much nicer than typical chlorinated pools. I didn’t get out with my skin burning and smell like chlorine all day! Everything is clean, the staff is friendly, and the changing rooms are well-maintained. Thank you guys! We will be back!
