Fantastic experience: This place is the best! The classes are appropriately challenging and very fun! Also, Sarah is incredibly thoughtful - she introduces everyone in the class, she sets up stations with weights based on your needs, and she is always offering modifications to make every class inclusive. If you’re having any doubts, just give it a try!
Fantastic experience: I am so glad to have found this place! It's exactly the sort of gym I've been longing for-- small, local, women-owned, classes that are fun and a little challenging but not intimidating. The instructors are fantastic. The space feels cozy and welcoming-- not at all like those huge corporate gyms with fluorescent lights and TVs blaring. If you've been looking to get (back) into fitness in a safe, supportive environment-- consider this your invitation :)
Fantastic experience: I can't say enough positive things about this fitness studio. I had been working way too much and had been neglecting my self care for the last few years in ways I never had before. I found that this studio offers virtual classes that work with my schedule. The instructors are wonderful! They are supportive and adapt workouts to all ability levels. I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know!
Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this place enough! I signed up for the new client special where I got three classes for $15. I’ve taken a lot of workout classes but these were not only the most fun but Sarah (the owner and instructor of the classes I took) was so motivating and made me feel so comfortable. I signed up for a membership right away after taking my trial classes! Super excited to attend more classes with the other instructors!
Fantastic experience: The Mix is a great community no matter your fitness level or ability. In each class, the instructors offer both beginner and advanced options. I am a beginner at some things and advanced at others, so I appreciate this guidance from both sides :) As a longtime runner/road cyclist/mountain biker, I really enjoy the strength classes (including the new Strength 4 Runners class!) which are easy to follow and non-intimidating for people of all levels.
