Fantastic experience: Clean, well equipped facility (appreciate the decor in support of our amazing country). Friendly, experienced, professional staff with excellent instruction and gauge for appropriate workout and weight for each exercise. I feel challenged during each workout but not pushed to defeat, which keeps me coming back and looking forward to the next workout.

Fantastic experience: It's a smaller gym where you start to recognize faces and remember names. Nice to meet people who have similar interest and goals. People become friends and the trainers/owners become family. Fun atmosphere
