Fantastic experience: I was in town and looking for a place to lift and this place (Crunch Fitness-York) is great. Lots of good cardio options and weight lifting/strength training options. Very nice deadlifting and squat equipment. One of the best I've seen in my many years of lifting.

Positive experience: I signed up for this place before they were open and have always liked it. I recently had to take an extended break and returned to see additional equipment, which is great. However, please return to opening at 430am instead of 5am. I leave my job at 430 and this gives me an effective extra 20 minutes to finish my workout. Also, this also means the morning people don't crowd into the building all at once which gives people like me easier access to certain equipment. Otherwise, great place.
