Elemental Performance + Fitness

Fantastic experience: Did a drop in with my daughter while on vacation. We were very impressed with the amount and variety of quality equipment, we could not believe all the different cardio machines they had! The gym was neat, clean and spacious, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. If you are in the area I would highly recommend a visit to Elemental!

Positive experience: We went to us their $5 shower, which was lovely. The water was hot, the water pressure was high, towels were included and there was no time limit on the shower. It was clean and they ask that you use the provided shower spray after you shower. I’m giving it a 4/5 because the shower stall and changing area was tiny, I couldn’t shave my legs because the stall was so tight. Other than that shower was great and I would recommend this place for showers. I didn’t use the workout facility but it looked clean and nice and the AC was working wonderfully.
