Fantastic experience: I LOVE the dedicated TEAM at BarNone! My health and fitness goals were understood and supported! The facility and class structures are excellent (I just wish there were more mid-morning and early-evening classes offered).

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for personalized training and nutrition guidance in a welcoming environment, this is a fantastic place. They discuss your individual goals and then customize a workout plan and nutrition guidance aimed at helping you attain your goals! They monitor your progress with body composition weigh ins every 6 weeks and keep it interesting with multiple workouts, so you don’t get bored with the same workout. To supplement personalized training there are also group classes that provide a variety of stations that target include cardio, strength and weight training. The staff is very professional and the facility is state of the art.

Fantastic experience: Clean with great variety of workouts! Very efficient at moving people in and out on busy mornings. Seemed to have handled covid very well.

Fantastic experience: I loved working out here!! I was only there for a short while, but the trainers are amazing!! Although I don’t live in the area anymore I have an app where Wilson makes awesome workouts for me every week! You will not regret coming here and seeing results!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym - I originally joined 4 years ago and keep finding my way back because no other gym's really compare. Top notch trainers and they meet you where you are at. Folks of all shapes and fitness levels, cheering each other on. Very clean and strict covid social distancing rules in place.
