Fantastic experience: True North has one of the best CrossFit box in the city. Not only the location, right by the East River facing Manhattan, is ideal, but the box in itself feels authentic and extremely well-appointed for CrossFit training. Josh, the owner, is always around and helped me improved my technic. As I was visiting, I went for the 1-week access pass, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Fantastic experience: This place is my happy place! The staff and coaches are so friendly and super motivating! The coaches push you be better to help you be stronger, be faster, etc.

Fantastic experience: Coaches are awesome, they remember your name and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and motivated. Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. Very clean facility that has been great throughout Covid.
