Positive experience: Fairly small and can get packed quickly during lunch hours. Not terrible though and you can get almost any workout done in here

Fantastic experience: Great gym, honestly I didn't even know it was on base, I have lived here for a year and never knew where it was. Hard to notice from outside, but its very clean and organized good mix of equipment, plenty of room and has an outdoor portion for crossfire. Professional staff makes this a nice place to go lift. Glad I found it and will continue to go.
