Our boxing program is designed to bring out the best in you, whether you're aiming to shed those extra pounds or step into the ring. With a challenging yet rewarding approach, we’ll help you achieve your goals while providing an intense workout and teaching you the core skills of boxing from professional coaches.

We cater to all students, from beginners to advanced. Learn at your own pace with nothing but a desire to learn and succeed – we’ll take care of the rest.

Master the art of boxing, whether for fitness or competition. De-stress, improve flexibility, build strength, boost conditioning, and increase your confidence and stamina with our boxing program.

On Tuesday, and Friday evenings, we have a Boxing for Beginners class that runs from 6:45pm to 7:45pm. On Wednesday nights, we have our Women’s Only class from 8:00pm to 9:00pm. On Saturday mornings, we have our Boxing for Kids class from 10:30am to 11:15am.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym- I'm new to boxing and this gym has great teachers, great location with a lot of parking, and really nice other people who go there. Plus your first week is free! If you sign up for a boxing membership, you can also go to the yoga on Sundays. They also provide zumba! This is definitely a hidden gem. All the classes I've been to so far definitely kick your butt! :)
