Crazytrain CrossFit^®

Fantastic experience: This gym has quickly become my favorite part of each day. I’ve been attending for a few months now and have made so many new friends, it truly is a family! I came in here knowing nothing about CrossFit, but the coaches adjusted all the workouts to meet me where I was at! I can’t thank all the coaches enough for creating such a friendly and encouraging environment! No judgement, just hard work!!

Fantastic experience: If you are considering dropping in for a class, I cannot recommend this gym enough. Firstly, Crazytrain is kept meticulously clean and class sizes are kept small, so you always have feedback. Nicole, Kathy, & Billy have fostered a very inclusive environment to learn your body and how to safely push yourself to reach things you never thought possible. I never thought I would join Crossfit, and now I cannot imagine skipping a week here because it feels so rewarding to watch my progress. Also, if you happen to need a modification, all you have to do is ask. Especially as a woman, I enjoy knowing that I can workout safely to keep reaching my best physical strength yet. I was recommended this gym by Natalie Addison, a local fitness and yoga instructor, to whom I am incredibly grateful! I have diligently practiced yoga for years, but never stuck to any gym for strength training. Now, I am so happy to have a morning class I've been consistently going to for the past 5 months. I highly recommend CrazyTrain if you want to see what you're capable of in a community-driven gym.

Fantastic experience: Are you looking for a gym with a strong community, plays good music, has awesome programming for ALL LEVELS, and has the best coaches around? Well, Crazytrain is that gym! When I first stepped foot into the gym a year ago, everyone was so welcoming and kind. I felt right at home. The coaches really care about their members. Correct form and technique is at the utmost importance at crazytrain. The community is so supportive, in the gym and out of the gym. Come try out Crazytrain, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Came over the other day to see what the gym was like so I could consider joining. Billy took a lot of time out of his day to go in detail about his approach to CrossFit, programming and the classes. My first impression is that the gym is absolutely immaculate, which is a huge plus. The best part is that classes are limited to 12 people. I’m super excited for my first class, thanks for the warm welcome Billy!
